Project Update:
We have begun the work of creating this project and I quickly realized that there is quite a ways to go. We’ve just finished modeling out the Captain Rescue Character and are now starting to look into creating the 1st animation concepts. We are also considering the development of additional characters to help support the messaging behind Captain Rescue. Our direction for the messaging is to make this entertaining and engaging for our young audience. We don’t want to bore them. The thought is to create epic super villains each one with their own tactics and evil henchman. More to come on all of this.
Who is Captain Rescue?
Over-the-top, larger-than-life character with a heart of gold. Captain rescue has a dual purpose in the project. The first, communicate to parents the importance of a child’s personal safety. The second, act as a hero character in the stories developed for the children.
