Project Description
Over-the-Top Villain Characters
One of the challenges of the Captain Rescue Project will be delivering messaging without making the concept too dark for our young demographic. In order to soften it, the evil characters in the stories will take on Super Villain personas. Often is accompanied by fictional elements such as an Army of Robots.
