The Captain Rescue Project was designed to teach children about personal safety online.

Let’s face it, fake profiles online are easy to create and criminals often use social media to search for opportunities. In fact, social media is their number one tool. So how do we teach children about these dangers without… well…. freaking them out? Good question. Conversations like these are necessary and difficult to have. That’s why we are taking a positive approach.

Phantom Rescue is currently developing an animated web series to do just that. Episodes are packed with over-the-top villains, lovable heroes, and, of course, lots of young characters that get into trouble.

Children follow the epic adventures of Captain Rescue and his team as they battle the evil villains who try to lure unsuspecting children into their devious traps.  Each storyline highlights real techniques criminals use every day to trick children into giving up their personal information.
